Sub Owner & Other Role Appointment Requirements

This article explains the appointment requirements for Sub Owners and other roles (Sales Trainer, Conversion Trainer, Supporter, SNS Trainer) in Buzzencer, as well as guild composition rules.

1. Sub Owner Appointment Requirements

• There can be only 1 Sub Owner per guild.
• Role reward ratio: default setting is 30%

2. Other Role Appointment Requirements

Role	Responsibility	Appointment Requirements
Sales Trainer	Training to increase the number of invited members	Track record of 10 or more active invited members + Leader Interview
Conversion Trainer	Training to improve affiliate performance	Track record of 30,000 JPY or more per month (achieved at least once) + Leader Interview
Supporter	Support for new members and guild members in need	Leader Interview only
SNS Trainer	Training to grow SNS followers and impressions	1,000+ followers + Average IMP of last 5 posts 500+ + Cumulative BuzzPoints 90pt+ + Leader Interview

Additional Notes:

• Number of other roles: 1 additional role can be added for every 10 guild members (can also be set with fewer than 10 members)
• All other role holders share 30% of the role reward equally

3. Stepping Up from Regular Member to a Role

• Members can challenge the role certification exam 1 month after joining a guild
• Challenges are optional with no limit on attempts
• Regular members receive no role rewards

4. Guild Composition Rules
