Buzzencer Guilds are not traditional top-down hierarchies. Every role represents a function, not a rank. Here is how the structure works:
| Role | Appointment | Primary KPI | Notes |
| Guild Owner (GO) | Company-approved after interview | Guild revenue, active member rate, retention | 1 per Guild. Sets entry/subscription fees. |
| Sub Owner | Company-approved + Owner interview | Member management, Trainer coordination | 1 per Guild. Must have 3,000+ SNS followers. |
| Sales Trainer | Owner interview + 10 active referrals | Conversion rate (CVR) | One additional role can be added for every 10 members in the guild (can be assigned even with fewer than 10 members). |
| Conversion Trainer | Owner interview + ¥30,000/month track record | Affiliate success rate | One additional role can be added for every 10 members in the guild (can be assigned even with fewer than 10 members). |
| SNS Trainer | 1,000+ followers, 500+ avg impressions, 90+ BuzzPoints | Follower growth rate | One additional role can be added for every 10 members in the guild (can be assigned even with fewer than 10 members). |
| Supporter | Owner interview only | Issue resolution rate | Entry-level role. Good starting point. |
| Member (General) | Apply via LP, agree to terms | Personal commissions | No role reward. Can challenge for a role after 1 month. |
Role = function, not seniority. A Supporter is not below a Sales Trainer — they do different things.
Each role has a role reward allocated as follows:
| Role | Role Reward Distribution (Default) |
| Guild Owner (GO) | 40% |
| Sub Owner | 30% |
| Other Roles (SNS Trainer, etc.) | 30% (split equally) |
