This article explains the appointment requirements for Guild Owners (GO), qualification maintenance requirements, and the process when requirements are not met on Buzzencer.
1. GO Appointment Requirements
To become a GO, the following requirement must be met.
| Requirement |
|---|
| Approval by the administration |
Applications can be submitted from the Guild Members page.
Additional Notes:
- Each guild can have only one GO.
2. GO Qualification Maintenance Requirements
The following are AND conditions, and all must be met every month.
| Item | Criteria |
|---|---|
| Platform Login | At least once per month |
| Personal Conversion Results | At least 1 per month |
| Response to Guild Communications | Respond within 7 days |
3. Graduated Process for Unmet Requirements
If the maintenance requirements are not met, the following graduated process will be applied.
| Stage | Action |
|---|---|
| 1st month of non-compliance | Automatic warning notification sent to GO by the system |
| 2 consecutive months of non-compliance | Interview offer from the operations team |
| 3 consecutive months of non-compliance | GO qualification revoked; guild enters dissolution process |
4. Grace Period
In cases of temporary difficulties (illness, family circumstances, etc.), a grace period can be arranged by submitting a request to the operations team in advance. By applying ahead of time, the graduated process described above can be temporarily paused.
5. Guild Handling When GO Qualification Is Lost
When a GO loses their qualification, the guild will be handled through the following process.
- Successor GO Recruitment: A 2-week grace period is provided to recruit a successor GO from within the guild.
- If No Successor GO Is Found: The guild will be dissolved.
- Options for Members After Dissolution:
- Transfer to an existing guild
- Establish a new guild (GO-qualified members only)
- Move to a temporary standby guild managed by the operations team
