This article explains the dissolution conditions and handling procedures for Online Studios, as well as the rules governing Guild dissolution on Buzzencer.

Studio dissolution and Guild dissolution are handled independently.

If no successor GO is determined within the grace period, the Guild is dissolved
Dissolved Guild members may choose from the following options:
Transfer to an existing Guild
Establish a new Guild (GO-qualified members only)
Move to the Unaffiliated Guild managed by the administration
6. Reward Handling Upon Guild Dissolution
Rewards accrued at the time of dissolution are prorated and paid out (they do not disappear)
If the GO was independently operating an Online Studio, the Studio's handling is determined independently from the Guild dissolution
