When and How to Receive Your Rewards

This article explains Buzzencer's payment cycle, conversion confirmation timing, and minimum payout thresholds for affiliate rewards.

Payment Cycle

Buzzencer processes affiliate payments on a monthly closing, payment on the 10th of the following second month basis.

Conversion Confirmation Timing

Conversion status (confirmed or cancelled) is determined after review and approval by the advertiser.

* Important: The payment cycle is based on the confirmation date, not the conversion date. Conversions not confirmed by the end of the month will be carried over to the payment cycle of the month in which they are confirmed.

Minimum Payout and Payment Options

You can choose from the following options:

Option	Minimum Payout	Description
1. JPY 1,000 threshold	JPY 1,000	Payment is made when your confirmed reward balance reaches JPY 1,000 or more at the monthly closing.
2. JPY 5,000 threshold	JPY 5,000	Payment is made when your confirmed reward balance reaches JPY 5,000 or more at the monthly closing.
3. Carry Over	—	Your balance is automatically carried over to the next month regardless of the amount. Ideal for those who prefer fewer payouts.
4. Instant Payment Request	JPY 2,000	You can submit a request once your total confirmed reward balance reaches ¥2,000 or more.

* If your balance does not meet the minimum payout threshold, it will be carried over to the next payment cycle.

Instant Payment Request

If you have selected the Carry Over option (3), you can request an "Instant Payment" once your confirmed reward balance reaches JPY 2,000 or more. The payment will be processed on the regular payment date (10th of the month after next) via Payoneer.

* The request deadline is the end of the month before the payment month (by 0:00 on the 1st of the payment month). Requests made after the deadline will be processed in the next payment cycle.

How to Receive Your Rewards

Buzzencer pays rewards via Payoneer. Before receiving your first payment, please complete the following steps:

Create a Payoneer account from the Buzzencer dashboard (including identity verification and payment method registration)
Once your rewards are confirmed and meet the payment conditions, funds are automatically sent to your Payoneer account
Withdraw funds from your Payoneer account to your bank account at your convenience

You can check your payment history, balance, and tax-related documents on the Payoneer dashboard.

Purchase Statement (Japan Invoice System)

For affiliates registered as a Qualified Invoice Issuer, Buzzencer will issue a purchase statement (仕入明細書) for each payment.

Buzzencer (buyer) issues and stores the purchase statement on behalf of the affiliate (seller)
Affiliates do not need to issue a qualified invoice themselves
Download anytime as PDF from the "Purchase Statements" section in your dashboard
Email notification sent upon issuance

How to register: Enter your Qualified Invoice Issuer registration number on the "Member Info" page in the Buzzencer dashboard. If registered by month-end, purchase statements will be issued starting from that month's confirmed rewards.

* Tax-exempt businesses are not eligible for purchase statement issuance. Payments are still received under the same rules.

Q. My conversion was recorded but I haven't received payment yet.
A. Conversions are confirmed after advertiser approval. The estimated confirmation period is approximately 30 days, with auto-approval after a maximum of 45 days. Payment is made on the 10th of the second month after confirmation.

Q. Can I change my payment option?
A. Yes, you can change your payment option anytime from the Buzzencer dashboard.

Q. Are there any Payoneer fees?
A. Fees may apply when withdrawing funds from your Payoneer account to your bank account. Please refer to Payoneer's official website for details. Transfers from Buzzencer to your Payoneer account are free of charge.
